  1. RESEARCH includes an initial consultation to assess needs and then research to conceptualize a solution to the issue presented. Follow-up meetings may be scheduled to fully explore needs and possible solutions.
  2. PLANNING includes designing and development of a customized solution that aligns with the needs of the organization, team, or individual.
  3. IMPLEMENTATION includes operationalizing the solution whether system-wide, team based, or for an individual. Implementation contains maximizing results for sustainability through evaluation and continuous improvement.
  4. REVIEW: includes postimplementation review for continual improvement based on performance and customer feedback.
