- Onboard 30,000 farmers to digital Finance/market platforms, enable 10–20% price premiums via direct sales, and anchor value chains through 15 aggregation & processing hubs.
- Support 20,000 farmers to adopt drought-tolerant seeds and IPM; deploy solar-drip and water-harvesting to improve water-use efficiency by ~30% across 8,000 ha of irrigated plots.
- Ensure ≥50% women and ≥40% youth participation; link 20,000 households to VSLA/microloans and train 1,000 lead farmers (train-the-trainer) to sustain adoption and scale.
