- Financial inclusion & assets: Link 10,000–20,000 households to VSLA/digital savings and microloans, aiming to double savings balances and reduce borrowing costs by 5–10 percentage points.
- Create 3,000+ green/circular jobs and certify 5,000 trainees in market-ready skills, with ≥60% women and ≥40% youth participation and ≥70% 12-month job retention.
- Intergenerational gains & leadership: Improve household food security by +2 months/year, boost school attendance and health service use, and raise women’s leadership roles to ≥30% across cooperatives and community groups.
